1. Agreement to these terms

Vista Way and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, designs, brands, and content we provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services.
We may update, add, or remove features and may discontinue a Service. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Third-party services accessed through our products are governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Vista Way will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for claims relating to a Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that Service in the previous 12 months or US $100.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms and update the date above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
